If you slept from 3pm-1am, when would you next have to go to sleep?

Bit random, but just wondering :P

Probably not until 3pm again, or maybe later as that's a good long sleep. Why?

JingsMahBucket · 02/11/2018 04:48

Depending on what my condition was, it’d be either 3am or 5am. Sick and trying to sleep it off? Probably about 1 to 2 hours of surfing but could fall asleep easily. Regular health would be about 5am.

Depends the reason for falling asleep intiitally at 3pm - if due to illness then whenever I felt tired. If just a random one off then I’d probably try and stay awake until normal bedtime the next day, maybe with a quick 20 minute power nap in the afternoon if flagging.

BigRedBoat · 02/11/2018 05:12

Depends if I was trying to get back to a standard 'sleep at night' routine and why I slept at 3pm in the first place (travel, shift work, illness etc) but probably 4-5pm?

SD1978 · 02/11/2018 05:14

Depends on the reason for the afternoon sleep. Personally/ I'd be back in bed at 22.00 that night, unless it's shift related sleeping.

DaysDragonBy · 02/11/2018 05:27

Would aim for 930pm.
Anything between 930 and 1030 is an acceptable bed time here.

Dandybelle · 02/11/2018 05:58

I'd need a nap about 10am. But I'm a very tired person.

Neshoma · 02/11/2018 08:43

1.05am. I'd try to stay in bed until a reasonable hour.
