So i ordered from an ‘instagram shop’ 11 weeks ago now some headbands for my baby - i say instagram shop it was also on a website sort of like etsy but one ive never heard of before , her shop is now closed on this website.
Ive messaged the lady every couple of weeks to ask and she replied to say she was having mental health issues and was closing her shop she would issue refunds to everyone, fair enough! So she kept telling me different dates and then stopped replying all together - so shes not given me my refund.
What can i do? Anything? I would name the shop but not sure im allowed? But also dont want people to place orders as her instagram is still open? I mean she has stolen money from me really?
