Organisation & excellent storage!

Moving house soon and it's my opportunity to throw out lots & organise the rest properly. I want an end to 'small piles of things everywhere'. So I need some tips! Especially - toy storage, arts & crafts type things & all the kids paper, pens etc, small things in drawers & anything other great storage solutions!! Thanks 😁

IKEA Kallax units with pull-out boxes in your choice of material (plastic, fabric, baskeweave).

I did the Marie Kondo method of decluttering.

She advocates decluttering. Being ruthless about what you keep. Then you buy storage.

You would be better waiting until you've moved.

Most people seem to swear by Ikea's Kallex system. I've got the Argos version for my GC stuff.

Also, Really Useful Boxes, with lids. They are very sturdy, they last better than cheap ones, and come in many shapes and sizes.

I'm a professional declutterer and I would not wait until you've moved, do it now. Kallax is good but you can't see what's in the boxes, clear boxes are better for things like Lego.

Oh yes I forgot about the Lego!
