The answer is a city name and within the flyer there's some hints that would help you find the answer!

Plus am throwing in a 5 hotel star stay !!

I thought Florida but can’t see any clues on flyer

Heavens Waiting room is urban slang for Florida.

I want to say Sarasota because the Heroes bit as the top of the sign reminds me of jousting and they have a jousting place there. Also, it’s got 8 letters and is in Florida.

Heaven's waiting room/God's waiting room is just a phrase people use to refer to places with high populations of elderly people?

So it would probably be Orlando, lots of old folks there.

A google of the organisation shows that they're based in Abu Dhabi.

Makes Worthing, Eastbourne or Orlando unlikely imo.

The castle is a generic Halloween image. I don't believe anything in the flyer is a legitimate clue.

Well that was a lucky guess I mean I knew that

Worthing isn't a city though, so the question was totally wrong.

I have just searched for 'Worthing Heavens waiting room' and the results come up with an article in the Worthington Herald from July 2018 that says Worthing used to be referred to as 'God's waiting room'.

Maybe someone setting the competition was searching the phrase 'Heaven's waiting room' to see what came up, found this and thought it was a well-known fact.
