Just had a class group of about 20 5 or 6 year olds come to the door, and completely empty my bowl of chocolates and sweets! I think going in small groups is fine, but more than 10 seems a bit much! Almost felt under attack...

Ringing and ringing and ringing the doorbell didn’t endear them to me either. I’m not waiting just by the front door in case anyone rings. I wasn’t best impressed by the father who said loudly that there were ‘good’ houses down the next street.

Thanks for that! Your kids didn’t say thank you, nor did you remind them.

We live in a cul de sac off a cul de sac with no street lights. We have had 2 teenagers round tonight and that is all.

Yes, I agree Notcontent, I had a large group round and felt swamped and thought they were going to clean me out of sweets in one go. After that it was small groups only which was much better.
