2 weeks ago I had a cleaner for the first time, she did a good job and I was pleased and told her so. I asked about payment and she says she bills at the end of the month. We arranged for her to come the following week.
Last week my whole family came down with a tummy bug. I messaged her the day before she was due to come over and explained the situation. I asked if she could come later in the week or if not I’d pay her anyway. She replied saying not to worry and that she would try to fit me in at the end of the week.
I didn’t hear from her again, she was due to come this morning but didn’t arrive. I went to contact her on Facebook (our only contact method) and she has blocked me.
I’m not really sure what to make of it. I owe her one, possibly two weeks of payment and have no way of getting in touch.
