Braille book costume

Any ideas on how I could make a quick braille book costume? I don't have any cardboard otherwise I could have just pasted braille dots on that. I am going to pound land later? I have some old white T-shirts. How easy would it be to put braille dots on the T-shirt? Can you bypass paint at pound land? I've never painted or put anything on T-shirts? What would be the easiest and best way to do what I want to do.

Somewhere like Hobbycraft or The Range May sell 3d paint that you can use to paint raised dots on fabric. I think the brand is Pebeo or there is some stuff that can be used to paint the non slip dots on things like slipper socks.

Stick on dots of some kind as they will be more like the “bumps” of Braille letters and could be peeled off afterwards to reuse the T-shirt?

I've just had a quick Google and Hobbycraft sell Dovecraft puffy paint for just over a pound.

Stick on Dotz would be easier, but I will have a look at the paint from Hobbycraft.
