How to point out cleaners short comings!

Hi.
I have had my cleaner for over a year and although I’ve always been a bit underwhelmed by her work - she’s a nice lady and someone I did trust in my house.

Today she offered to do a deep clean for double the amount we normally pay. I said yes as she hasn’t been for a few weeks due to other events. Anyway came home today and the heat pump (air conditioning) was left on. We never have it on as it’s a bit dodgy. Some of the art work above our bed had been knocked down. Floor in the bathroom clearly has not been cleaned and nothing has been dusted.
How can I raise this with her? I am a wimp!

Honestly, I think it's probably time to get another cleaner.

Thanks - anyone got any good suggestions of how to do that?

I would also get another cleaner. I was a wimp in a similar position and I just told my cleaner that we couldn’t afford to have a cleaner anymore.

Ask friends for recommendations, there may be a local Facebook group you can ask for recommendations. You pay good money for a cleaner, don't feel bad about finding someone else.
