BCG vaccination

Hi,
My son had his BCG vaccination today and just wondered if some side effects are common? He has thrown up more than usual since he had it.

My son had no reaction apart from the injection site filling with puss and bursting a few weeks later. Totally normal btw,hope they mentioned that to you as it was quite angry looking at the time!

Mine both had it, no reaction at all but both have quite significant looking scars on their arms.
