Vodka ideas

Last year I made Christmas pudding vodka for my staff and it went down really well even though it was a faff to do with all the straining etc. I would like to do something similar this year for my dh team but want something that isn’t so time consuming to do. I have looked on line and there is candy cane vodka but worried that will be too minty and sweet although it would probably be nice.

Does anyone have any other Christmas flavour ideas I can do? I am also doing Christmas pudding fudge which I am looking forward to doing.

I made some vodkas a few years ago
clear mints
ruhbarb and custard
black jack

the mint one was amazing! very refreshing and great to shot! the ruhbarb and custard one was delightful with lemonade and the black jack one was good but not as good as the others.

Some other ones I might be making this year are.

Cola Cube
Cherry drops
wethers
lemon sherbet

It's not a Christmassy flavour, but Mars Bar vodka is pretty easy to make and is delicious. Although you can do it with any kind of flavoured chocolate.

Pour off some of the vodka so there's space in the bottle. Finely chop the Mars Bars/chocolate. Put it all into the bottle and then put the lid on tightly. Then put the bottle into the dishwasher while you're running a wash cycle. Afterwards, the heat should have melted the chocolate into the vodka and give the bottle a good shake to make sure it's all mixed in properly.

Toffee vodka is lovely and so easy, you literally just put a bag of toffees into a bottle of vodka and leave for 2 weeks.

Limoncello was last years success. Vodka, bag of castor sugar and skin of six lemons. Leave for a minimum of two weeks.
