Anyone used Virgin to book holidays?

How are their aftercare? - say if there were any problems while away ? Thanks

I flew long haul with them recently and it was the worst airline experience of my life! (And I fly a lot)

They lost our luggage and then ignored our emails/calls for weeks.

I will never use them again.
