Health and filling lunches for on the go

I don’t have time for hot lunchtime meals at work and I’m bored of wraps, sandwiches and pitta etc. Some days, I have time for things like pasta salad but mostly, I’ve got 5 minutes in my car outside a client’s home. Any ideas please for something that’s healthy but also filling and easy to eat? Thank you kindly. :)

Could you do soup in a thermos? Stays much hotter if you put boiling water in the thermos for a couple of minutes and then tip it out before adding the soup

Roast vege salads. My favourite is roast sweet potato, olives spinach, feta with a balsamic glaze.

Rice paper rolls.

Sushi if you have a way to keep it cold

Sorry, I forgot I posted this. Blush Thank you so much for the suggestions.

I used to take cold omelette but got a bit bored. I could make a more exciting one though. I have a good thermos flask, so now it’s getting colder, I will go back so soups - thank you for reminding me.

Really like some of these ideas and I shall give them a whirl. :)
