Just for fun.
I work in talent management (slebs rather than HR) which okay (stressful) but I definitely wish I'd had the courage to go to catering school and become a chef instead.
I spend a lot of my afternoon thinking about exactly what I'm going to cook that evening and am pissed off if I have to do something in the evening that means I cant cook. I know some people hate it but often it's the highlight of my day and I'd love to work with food all day every day! 
What would you do instead or are you happy where you are?
