I am going mad with constant neck ache. Can anybody please recommend a decent, supportive neck pillow?

Budget of up to £50, but lower preferred!

Thanks in advance

I've had neck surgery and unfortunately suffer from chronic pain. Have tried every single neck pillow out there, including some mega expensive ones. The best by far for me is the mediflow pillow www.mediflow.com
It's infinitely adjustable to suit anyone. Mine goes everywhere with me, even if it's just one night away. Amazon and lots of healthcare/physio sites stock it.

I have literally just changed pillows for this reason as i had to fold my last one in half to double the thickness for support.

Have bought a 'firm support' one in matalan reduced from £20 to £10 and the difference is considerable!

Great thread! I always end up folding my pillow under my neck for extra support. Afraid to buy a new one in case it is a complete waste of money!

If you're a side sleeper I've can highly recommend the dunlopillo for side sleepers.
Sorted out my neck and shoulders.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions. Going to have a look at them all now Grin
