A couple on my street have a young baby <6 months old. They have regular screaming matches with eachother, loud aggressive arguments calling eachother every name going (him more than her). They slam doors, banging up and down stairs at all hours of the day and night. One night recently (3am) it escalated onto the street with the baby in the car seat being put into the car, whilst they both screamed at eachother, he then locked them both out, cue more screaming. Another neighbour intervened at this point and the mother left with the baby until the next day. What's prompted me to write this is I'd assumed the mother was called 'Jessica' from him screaming 'Jessica you fucking cunt shut the fuck up' etc. regularly. I now know Jessica is the baby, not the mother. Obviously not acceptable either way but alot of this vile ranting is directly at the baby. I know SS are overstretched so is any of this enough to warrant a check by them? Thanks.
