Inspiration for a “naice” thank-you gift?

Trying to think of a suitable thank you gift for my parents, for taking me and DS on holiday. Looking to spend £200-300, and needs to be delivered within the UK- am living abroad so can’t hand it over in person sadly.

They’re not foodies but appreciate Fortnum & Mason type stuff. Enjoy the theatre but I don’t want to book something without checking the date with them first. They do drink alcohol.

Any thoughts at all?! So hard to think of something aside from a hamper, which feels a bit meh...
