Had a text on Thursday to say a parcel was being delivered. I was away and only home last night. Lo and behold (!) I come home and no parcel anywhere and no delivery note to say where it had been left. Did the tracking thing online and it said it had been signed for by lb porch.. emailed about it and they said it'd been left securely in my porch which is inside my house so obviously isn't possible without keys so clearly nonsense. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has experience with DHL and help on what to do next.. I've actually never had anything delivered by them before and have just heard nightmare stories :(
