I orchestrated a visit to my neighbours this afternoon, leftover cake delivery. It just happened to coincide with them putting the kettle on and who am I to refuse a cup of tea. Unfortunately the builders didn't stop and I had to sit with my back facing the window otherwise I would've got very distracted. They enjoyed the cakes though

Saturday's party will probably go one of two ways, he'll either not turn up or will walk in with a gorgeous model-esque girlfriend. Outfit wise I'm playing it safe, with black skinny jeans that hoist my butt up and hide the chocolate brownies I can't stop eating my gut barge, a dark grey cashmere jumper that has an open back but a silk ribbon tie at the neck, some simple heeled ankle boots.

I need to ensure I can escape with the M&S finger foods should it all go tits up and I have to run home....to update you all of course!
