I went today. I thought some of the exhibits were awesome but it was also a bit gratuitous - especially the couple having sex in the reverse cowgirl position. You could see the penis penetrate the woman but I couldn't make out her vagina/womb - just the internal body cavity. 
It was amazing to see how the body parts all fit together but it was a bit macabre too. I couldn't help wondering how the pregnant woman had died & it was amazing to see the tiny tiny fetuses smaller than a grain of rice. I can understand how people could love or hate this exhibition.
