An account on Instagram called 'Nursery Surgery' @Nurserysurgery followed me and after looking at their account I've come to the realisation that they're promoting an app aimed at children where they can basically give themselves a make over, send what they look like to a surgeon and then the surgeon will perform that surgery on them?? There's an actual surgeon in the world that will give a 5 year old lip fillers just because they want it!! It's not illegal apparently :( I'm so terrified of my little one finding this account. 
Please can you all report this account so that this app is taken down from the App Store
