what would you watch on Amazon prime this evening, with teen, pre teen and 7yo

Are we missing a hidden gem? It can be hard to find family films, but I think it is down to the searchability not them not being there.

What should we watch. Definitely nothing scarier than a tame 12A type rating though!

Evolution? It’s a PG but not too young for the older ones. I haven’t seen it for years but remember it as being a bit like Men In Black.

Thanks for replying Bluths - we watched Wonder in the end which made the 11 year old incredibly sad and tearful about things like that happening in real life at bedtime despite the happy ending... So despite it being a good film perhaps wasn't a good choice. 7 year old fine... Will keep Evolution in mind, just googled it and read the Common Sense Media review. Not too scary but the kids find sex references toe curling, especially the younger two who do ott ewww and hiding behind cushions if they notice them so not sure...

I think you are right that there is loads of stuff on there, but it’s knowing what to search for to find it that’s the problem. I’ve got no gems to share though, sorry, but will have a look at the two films that have been suggested.
