Brrr.. it’s so cold all of a sudden!

I am in London and last Sunday we had beautiful weather. I was sitting on the grass in our local park soaking up the sunshine. The cold today has come as a shock to my body! Not happy!

I know! I went out for my walk today and it was bloomin’ freezing. Really needed a hat and gloves-I had neither. Usually I’m boiling in my fleece.
It was gorgeous and sunny all day though.
I suppose it had to happen.

True Worra ! I think it’s just a shock after the hot summer and lovely autumn we’ve had. I think it might be a cold winter. Right now I have the heating on but I am still wearing a jumper with a thick cardigan over it!

Yeah same here

Actually today, I didn't bother taking a coat to work because I miss-judged the sunshine.

It was bloody freezing.

My heating is on full blast and it is still chilly. My heating is rubbish. In deep winter we are freezing

SoleBizzz - I know how you feel. My heating is ok but my crumbling Victorian terrace house has terrible windows and no insulation, so as soon as it gets really cold or windy, the heating just can’t keep up.

I've had the heating on all day, it's very cold here in reading, icy winds and rain, thank goodness for fluffy PJ's and hot drinks

I'm sat in in-laws with NO FUCKING HEATING!!!

I know I had to give in and put my heating on and get my coat out for the first time this year today! Normally I can hold out till November fairly easily, but I have been defeated!

Frozen yeah... Need to buy a dressing gown the mornings are bitter before the heating kicks in properly and can't work out how to override the system other than adjusting the thermostat... May need to do some instruction reading!

I had forgotten that my car has an annoying feature that bings at me when the temp drops below 4°C. Until today, when it threw me into confusion, checking fuel gauges etc before I realised.

I was having ice cream in a T-shirt last Sunday. I'm in London as well. Yesterday and today I have had to start wearing my winter jacket. So cold.

Winter coat worn for the first time on Friday night. Just doing some online research for warm gloves, the pair I bought last winter are completely useless.
