Not well. What can I cook

Poorly. Alone with kids. I've put a chicken in the oven
I have loads of potatoes but don't feel up to peeling and mashing. I have frozen broccoli and peas. Any ideas for a healthy but easy meal?

What's in your larder? Can you make the kids a quick omelette or beans on toast with a filling of chicken?

We do chicken and rice

Get your dc to scrub their own potato for baked potatoes. The winner can do yours as they are the potato king.

Agree with idea of baked potatoes - would be easy

Potato wedges, just slice potatoes up like thick chips, no need to peel, drizzle with oil and pop in oven with chicken, will taste like chicken & chips! Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise!

Hope you feel better soon!

Just the chicken with a load of bread to mop up the juices.
I'm feeling like crap top, chest infection, but luckily Dd gets us free Chinese every Sat as she works there.

I went with the wedges, thanks all
