Concert - main artist on stage time

It's a while since I've been to a concert. If the ticket says "doors 6.30", when can we expect the support act and main artist to start? Trying to work out timing for if we can have dinner before or need to get straight in and sit down.

Normally between 8.30 and 9.00

The one I was at this week was 9pm

Phone the venue they will tell.you

Usually between 830 and 9, there will probably be on stage times posted online beforehand though so you’ll be able to find out

Thanks - I thought probably 8.30 earliest for main artist but was anxious about missing the start. I'll try calling venue to check too.
