dogs vaccination

I have a very old 18yr Pappion dog not sure if I should carry on with her yearly vaccinations.Help

Go in for her yearly checkup anyway. The vet will advise you. It might be that she needs bloods or teeth done or something else.

How much contact with other dogs/areas where they encounter dog wee rat wee etc?
