At DMs and thinking about how I feed my children/family compared for our 80s/90s diet (SAHM, middle-class, northern town/ well to-do's-ville).
Now have 2DDs, preschooler and baby, DH (built like brick shithouse ~mostly~ ALL muscle) and me ~in fair shape as former fatty and 2 DC~ (a gift to physical perfection...
)
We get through mountains of(no particular order):
Apples
Chocolate
Tuna
Broccoli
Biscuits of varying fashions
Yoghurts
Butter
Eggs
Milk
Meat generally but baby can happily eat 2 sausages and DToddler 2-3!
Carrots
Pink grapefruit squash (need it plumbing in!)
Did I mention chocolate?
