Fabulous song, beautiful voice and one of those rare people who look even better with age!

Always had and still has a lovely singing voice (and never tried to disguise his Northern accent when speaking). Much more talent than most if not all of the 1980s Stock Aitken and Waterman stable.

I've met him several times through DH's work and he is a really lovely, very funny, down-to-earth guy in real life.

If he is in the industry and you socialise then I get it. I was imagining him as a label exec perhaps, so seeing him at meetings, and wondered if you were hiding in the office to meet stars!
