Inspire me! What are your DC having for dinner tonight?

What are your DC having for dinner tonight (and you, obviously, if you’re eating together)? Looking for inspiration / ideas. Fed up of same old stuff and for once actually have time to cook something that takes longer than 5 mins.

Friday is take away night so pizza for DH, roast pork for me. DD 1 had subway and DD 2 was working, so whatever she grabbed during her break.
This week we had our first meal boxes delivered (Marley spoon in Aus).
We had chicken with roasted potatoes with peas and parsley lemon sauce.
Other meal was Dukakis coated steak with couscous, carrots, olives and spinach.
Very tasty and delivered to the door
