What's this rash (pic)

Can anyone tell me what this rash is? He's got it on his bum to. It suddenly came up on his face yesterday and over night on his bum.

More than likely impetigo or hand foot and mouth

Looks simlar to hand foot mouth. But he's not ill or anything. I might pop to chemist in a bit see what they say

I think you may be right. There are a few on his hands now. We are at gp now waiting to be seen
