Hi everyone - could I have your feedback please on this area?

It looks lovely, and I’ve seen a property I like. Please tell me more

Lovely area. You have the gardens and castle in Alnwick, which are both worth a visit. There’s also Barter Books which is an old train station converted to a huge second hand book shop.
The town is small but there are lots if independent shops there and a small selection of high street ones like Boots and WH Smith.
Plenty of places to visit within reasonable driving distance like Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses if you want to venture out.

Lovely area my aunt has a caravan in Belford (just up the road from Alnwick). We are heading there next weekend and alway stop in Alwick for supplies (Lidl and sainsburys) as well as going to Barter Books. We love a walk along the beach at Bramburgh and also Craister to dunstaburgh castle is lovely.
Northumberland is a beautiful part of the country.

It’s lovely. I visited once and can also highly recommend the emergency services and eD as I fell down some stairs and ended up in an ambulance. When I got back the whole town knew as I was wearing a silly outfit at the time and friendly locals kept asking how I was!

Lucky you! I'd live to live there. Ever since we went to Craster on holiday a few years ago I've spent time looking at houses on Rightmove. It's a lovely part of the world.
