Please don't judge

I'm in a bit of a situation, I've been going through so much this past year so my money is just all over the place I have more money going out then I'm actually getting.
I haven't got any money to pay my gas or electric and I'm just breaking down as I have a child! Is there any way or companies that loan you money for your gas and electric it's only £40 all together so it's not a lot but I just don't know who to go to. Or what companies I can go to , to get help. If any one knows of any companies would really be appreciated.

Call up your gas/electric company, they sometimes have a fund to pay off debts of customers or will agree a payment plan so you can clear the debt over time.
Don't be shy about spelling out that you're in a vulnerable situation, mention whatever events have happened in the last year and that you have a child. It might even be that you could go on a lower tariff that you are on presently.
Doesn't hurt to call and try. Good luck!

@HoustonBess I didn't think of calling the company! Thank you! I'll be doing that straight away! Thanks again!
