We ordered some bi-fold doors in January this year. They are specially made in Germany so had to wait quite a while.
They were eventually fitted in the summer. Unfortunately the frame colour was wrong (we wanted them to match our existing doors) so they had to be re-made.
They are supposed to come next week to fit them. I have just had a call from the company to say that the variation in the wood is extreme, they are going to send me a photo.
Pissed off does not even cover it. We have paid in full. Are we entitled to a refund?
