Ocado Christmas delivery slots - are they showing for you?

I got an email from Ocado today saying Christmas slots now available - however, when I try to book a delivery, nothing is showing beyond 15th November.

Has anyone tried accessing the Christmas slots and been successful in seeing any?

Hi [Aridane], you can now book your Christmas Week delivery slots. You can book two Christmas orders (min spend: £90) between 20th–24th December, but only one on the 23rd or 24th.

Did you click on the star symbol next to Book a delivery?

It seems to vary by area. I booked mine when they came out here a few weeks ago, but I know some people had been able to book before that in different areas, and others weren't out then.

There aren't many left! I booked mine on the morning they were released and there was nothing left for 23rd or 24th - I had to go with evening of 22nd.

According to the app there are a few slots left on evening of 21st.

I booked mine a few weeks ago. In the app there was a section on the homepage to boo Christmas delivery, it was under the standard book a slot section. I didn't do one by the website so don't know how it looks there but I would Imagine it is a similar set up with a separate section for booking Christmas delivery.

Ah - I'm on the website and there is no star by 'book a delivery' and I can't see any Christmas section

Will phone Customer Services

Customer Services have reserved me a Christmas slot over the phone - so now putting in some placeholder items to keep the slot! They have slots from Fri 21 Dec and Sat 22 Dec

PS Must remember to delete the 9 bottles of prosecco and actually order some food nearer the time!

You’re looking for this on the mobile app when you go in to book a delivery date. If it’s nit showing then you’ve but yet got access to book yours in. They’ve been staggered to customers with some able to book from 1st October.

You'll probably get an email @Aridane about the prosecco. They were a bit unimpressed with people doing it last year as it messed up their order system so don'[t leave it in there too long!

I booked mine at the start of October. £9.99! We’re they this expensive last year or am I willfully forgetting?

Just a tip, OP.

Last year I made the order with a few items to hold the slot. But when I went back to finalise the order about a week before my order was due, it said everything was out of stock! So finalise your order ASAP.

@TeddyIsaHe yep, has been £9.99 for a few years now. There is a free day for smart pass holders but suspect those slots have long gone.
