DH has expressed a wish to have a smoker for things like brisket and sausages etc. I am however a complete novice and have some questions, like is it practical at home to smoke a brisket joint?
What else can we use it for?
Where do we buy one and are there different types?
Ideally I want to not poison anyone and get DH a gift he'll love.
