What do I want for my 30th Birthday?

I am:

Female
Mum to a 1 year old DS
English teacher - love books obvs
Love 'naice' things - jewellery, perfume etc etc

I am at a total loss for what I want this year. Parents, husband and friends keep asking me so I'd love your inspiration, MN.

For reference, last year I had a bottle of Penhalligons perfume, a North Face coat and various make up, bubble baths.

Thanks!

I have a birthday coming up then Christmas shortly after. I have asked for a Michael kors purse and the bag to match for Christmas. Expensive, but I don't actually need anything as such and now DD is in nursery I need a bag, I've spent 3 years shoving everything in a change bag or pockets!

My in laws bought me a lovely DeLonghi proper coffee machine for my 30th and it’s the best gift I’ve ever been given.

You could go through in categories, to see whether there's anything you really need or want in any of them. E.g.

Clothes
Jewellery
Makeup/perfume/skincare and toiletries
Books
Food and drink
Stationery
Things for the house or garden (furniture, a piece of art, kitchen equipment, exercise equipment, upgrades to existing items, garden furniture, plants etc)
Electronics/gadgets
Subscriptions (gym, foodie, National Trust, music or entertainment like cinema etc)
Experiences (days out, night away, meal out, trip to a special attraction, massage or spa day etc)
Equipment or upgrades for hobbies or interests you already have
