I ordered a (crappy fake) Fjallraken (sp?!) backpack from a Chinese shopping site in Sept, and I haven’t received my parcel yet. I know these things take time to clear customs etc but I am thinking it is quite a while for something that was ordered over a month ago.
After emailing their customer service support, I received an email saying it had been delivered and with a link to the tracking number and website. The parcel has appeared to have been delivered to the UK and cleared customs at Heathrow in September... yet I haven’t got my bag yet. Does anyone know whether things take ages to be delivered after they have come into the country and cleared customs etc? Or have I been scammed / my parcel been stolen?
I’m not overly annoyed if it had, as I only paid £20 or so for it - I am just curious to know why it has taken so long... logistics for packages from China are normally quite good!
