I ordered a kindle for my niece I am going abroad tomorrow and it was meant to be with me over. Amazon says it was delivered today and handed to resident.. My daughters have all been home (2 over 18) and says no parcel. We have looked everywhere they could possibly leave it (and 3 places they insanely have left in the past - like in the bushes in front garden) but not there

The order says "handed to resident" We have checked with neighbours and nothing has been delivered

I can not find the number anywhere just keeps taking me back to the parcel tracked to delivered..

What number do I call please.

If you rummage around on their site for Contact Us you will find an option to get them to call you, in my experience it's instant.

I had the same issue yesterday, god knows where my parcel really is! They are refunding me.

They are sending a replacement... I need it with me by 1 30 pm tomorrow... Not holding out much hope ....
