A week of eating perfectly

Right. DH and our 2 DDs are going away for a week at half term.

I've got into a complete rut foodwise. Work long hours, eat late so often have an unhealthy snack when I get home from work because we won't eat until about 9.30, once children are in bed, we are both home etc.

I have a week to just worry about me, so I thought I'd plan to eat brilliantly and see if I feel better after a week.

So, can I have all your perfect healthy breakfasts, work packed lunches and evening meals. I'm only 5" 3' so shouldn't eat too much. I eat very little meat (once or twice a week) and do eat fish.

I'm really excited about resetting my diet and appetite. There are a couple of evening out plans, naturally!!!

Thanks in advance!

You are still working so I’d keep it really simple, delicious things that are quick to cook. My worry would e you are setting yourself up to fail. Perfection is never going to be easy to achieve.
I would aim for lots of fresh, seasonal ingredients (and I wouldn’t be worried about letting waitrose chop the veg and fillet the fish!)
Are really good tuna nicois with a lovely tuna steak.
Baked sweet potato falafels in pitas with salad
Fillet steak with garlic veg

Soups for lunch
Eggs or fruit for breakfast
