Will pharmacist be able to tell if it’s thrush rather than nappy rash?

I switch my baby to HiPP Organic three days ago and he’s had an upset tummy which I expected. His bottom started getting sore after the first day. But it’s getting worse is bright red with defined edges and starting to bleed. I think it may be thrush. Can I go to the pharmacy for this or is it a GP/nurse job?

Sounds like you're going to need a prescription for some anti fungal cream so would need to see the gp anyway. Poor little mite, my son had what sounds the same
