Travelling with kids on London underground

Hi mumsnetters.
I'm visiting London for a day trip with 11yo and 8yo.
We want to get a single tube from railway station to museum, then back later.
Whenever I've been alone I've just paid contactless. How does it work with kids? We've no oysters etc
Thanks x

They're free! Just go through the luggage and pushchair gate.
Have fun!
