Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - porridge with cherries and sour cherry skyr, homemade latte
L - houmous, crudites, breadsticks etc, plum
S - 2 digestives
D - got some chicken & vegetable soup and some popcorn at work for later.

1 tea, loads of coffees and water.

B - toast with a bit of avocado & piri piri mackerel

L- dhal and rice, roasted broccoli and peppers

D- Keema (mince) toasties!! With plenty of cheese!

Oh and a slice of lemon drizzle cake and a Crunchie Blush

Three decaf coffees. One Diet Coke. Two glasses of fresh orange juice. One bowl of berry muesli with full fat milk. One veggie breakfast burrito from Chiquitos (Wrap, scrambled egg, beans, cheese, mushrooms, hashbrown, tomatoes) and a few chips (very greasy and put me off having it again). Not planning on eating again today, clock change has really upset my routine!

I've had a bad day so my diets been terrible, my DD has Sen and I was up until 5.30 am so no breakfast, leftover bolegnaise pasta bake for dinner, a slice of toast at 5pm, planning on having chicken Kiev's purchased from our local butcher served with garden peas and oven chips 🙈

No breakfast.
Homemade beetroot, ginger, orange and cucumber juice mid morning.
Beef, mayo, mustard and salad sandwich for lunch.
Homemade chicken burger with a salad for tea.
Have eaten a handful of sweets I found in my handbag leftover from the children.
Drinks--lots of tea, water and a glass of banana milkshake

The worst. Even I find this list hard to believe. Dear me, think I've got a cold. Sniff.

4 toasted waffles
6 (yup) mini party pizzas (iceland)
Greek yogurt with granola
50g sweet n salty popcorn
2 ricecakes with egg mayo
1 apple

B- 2 hash browns, 2 bacon in a wrap

L- carrot and coriander soup

D- 5x nuggets, two slices of apple

Drinks- a few sips of tea, a squash

First trimester of pregnancy and really struggling with nausea. All that was a struggle.

Hopefully I can have a few snacks into the evening

L- cheese and onion pasty and egg custard tart as was out all day at a local farm.
T- homemade Nando's spicy rice with chicken, yogurt
S- nuts, raisins

L - Mix of crackers + 100g feta + salad (spinach, sweetcorn, beetroot, cucumber, tomato, pine nuts, pesto)
D - home made apple pie, few dollops natural yoghurt + 2 milky ways + tea

I'm glad I found this thread, I need somewhere to be accountable for what I eat. Today is day one of a healthier way of life and eating I'm done with carrying these extra three stone around so I'm saying goodbye to them!
B-coffee and a banana
L-baked potato with beans and salad
D-lemon and rosemary roast chicken with roasted veg.
Snacks were a few grapes and a persimmon and some skyr.

I am on holiday .....

Small portion of bacon, sliced tomato, spoonful scrambled eggs. Yoghurt figs honey.

Greek salad

Fish kebab, salad, bean salad, chickpea thing. Half bottle red wine, half pint Greek lager.

Three cappuccinos!

I have played tennis, aquafit, 40 mins front crawl and walked five miles but I feel very stuffed!

Sourdough crumpet, butter, marmite.

Roast beef and gherkin sandwich with mustard on sesame seed bread.

Packet of cheese & onion McCoys.

2 liqourice toffees.

3 mugs of strong tea. Glass of cloudy apple juice.

Not had dinner yet (four cheese stuffed pasta with home made tomato, garlic and basil sauce).

B - toasted bagel with Philadelphia, innocent fruit juice

L - Three cheese and ham sandwiches, yoghurt, slice of chocolate birthday cake, pint of milk

D - Salmon and pasta with pesto and cheese, pint of milk

Drank a 1.5 litre bottle of water throughout the day. Galaxy caramel now!

B- wholemeal pitta with marmite and a glass of fresh apple juice

L-wholemeal pitta with chilli-con-carne

D - chilli-con-carne and rice and a little creme fraiche
an apple

lots of cups of tea
1 cup of hot chocolate

Freezer surprise at lunchtime turned out to be the same as what was in the slow cooker for dinner. Don't fancy chilli-con-carne for a good few weeks now!!!

B: marmite on toast.
L: tuna salad + white bread

Dinner will be roast chicken with veg, roasties and stuffing followed by something sweet for desert. Likely a sticky toffee pudding, yum.

D- cheesy pasta with leeks, peas and sweetcorn in it

Morning sickness hit bad today even though I'm medicated for HG couldn't brush my teeth properly until lunchtime... Let alone eat!

B - muesli bar and a banana
L - ham and cheese sarnie, avocado
D - a weird but tasty concoction of spaghetti, carrot and courgette soup, duck, carrots and peas and cauli cheese! DH basically used all the leftovers at once but I enjoyed it 

Snacks were an apple, another muesli bar, a wholewheat, choc chip biscuit and a piece of mint chocolate just now. Plus coffees, a can of red coke and a glass of Burgundy

B: berocca and green tea with porridge, raspberries and Greek yoghurt

L: naan with mashed avocado and two fried eggs. Coffee

D: Ribeye steak with roasted mushroom, asparagus and cherry tomatoes

Snacks: more coffee, few leftover chips from DC's dinner, half a carrot, gin & tonic.
