@HolidayAmarillo do you have kids or live with anyone- eat with them. Is your BMI dangerously low..ie under 20? If not, try and focus on fixing what's stressing you or making you so busy, rather than the food. High energy snacks in your bag like nuts and stuff are good.

GreenDinosaur · 28/10/2018 16:37

A peanut butter & banana toasted sandwich, some fish sticks.
Some Nutella from the jar with a spoon.
Lots of coffee.

Making chicken fajitas for tea. Planning wine and Bombay mix in the bath if I can get the toddler down.

Penguinsetpandas · 28/10/2018 17:01

Holliday Are you underweight on the BMI, think they've lowered what's underweight now. If you are then you should eat more. If not just ignore people saying you are too skinny. I used to get that and wasn't underweight just thin. Mum even took me to doctors once who told her I was fine bit she was too fat and she was lucky to have a thin DD. Wink

Maybe try for 2 meals a day, I can't manage 3 either, and put on weight when have three. Are you depressed? Sometimes if I am a bit depressed don't eat, not to starve myself just don't care much.

LondonLassInTheCountry · 28/10/2018 17:04
