Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - Coyo yoghurt with chia seeds and raspberries
S - 2 boiled eggs
L - salad with spinach, tomatoes, avocado, pine nuts, sesame seeds, jalapenos and a fillet of mackerel
D - homemade Thai curry with peppers, pak choi, spinach, cashews, bamboo shoots, carrots and chicken
S - square of dark chocolate. A few grapes

Drinks- several cups of tea with soy milk. 1 can diet coke. Loads of water

Few cups tea
Bean stew - half can beans, 1 can tomatoes, veg oxo, paprika, tomato puree, water
Soya coffee drink

Kind of Skipped Breakfast today was in a rush.

B cup of tea and a plum
S Alpen light bar and bottle of water
L cheese and tomato pitta bread with salad and 2 boiled eggs then more water
D mince and carrot mash and again more water

Museli for breakfast with a few nuts
Coffee mid morning. Apple for lunch and a rice cake mid afternoon. Few bits of cucumber when doing DC tea.
Curried sweet potato soup for dinner with a toasted seeded muffin.

A whole avocado with prawns in marie rose sauce.

About to eat a big bowl of home made minestrone.

B/L: 3 sausage sandwiches & 1 orange juice smoothie
D: 1 ham sandwich, 1 yogurt & 1 apple juice smoothie, full-size chocolate Easter egg
S: Have plans for a seeded soya bean salad with beetroot later but feeling quite full.

A litre of banana milkshake
3 depression naps.

B. 2 cups of tea
L. Salt beef, tomato, cucumber, rocket sandwiches/ large scotch egg/snaps crisps/ 2x cups of tea/ 4x french fancies scoffed secretly from toddler.
T. Strawberry activia yoghurt/ water
S. Will be a Mars bar and a beer in a minute.
(Yesterday I ate breakfast, lunch and a large pasta dinner however).

B- porridge made with skimmed milk and cinnamon

S- 2 satsumas as a bag randomly appeared at work

L- ham and cheese toastie from Costa

S- bag of french fries and half a home made brownie

D- homemade chilli con carne and vegetable rice

S- 2 slices of toast with cheese spread and marmite

B- cup of tea and two slices of toast n jam
L - yoghurt and a large banana
D - chicken stirfry and wholemeal noodles. Pomegranite.
Lots of cups of squash and a large mug of hot chocolate in there as well today.

Muesli, apple juice and greek yoghurt

Homemade roast veg soup, oatcakes and cream cheese.

Chicken and chorizo tray bake with red peppers, potatoes, salad.

Snacks - a banana, satsuma, 2 choc digestives, 1 hobnob.

Tea, decaf coffee, 1 gin and tonic and a glass of red wine ( don’t usually drink during the week but it’s been parents evening!)

Large coffee en route to work

Cottage cheese, boak ville

Random office lunch which was yuck so I ate my quiche and some butternut squash

Another coffee

Lots of water and tea

Dinner will be either chill or pork casserole
And probably a glass of wine

L - picked at the edges of some homemade fudge & brownies, felt sick. Oatcake & babybel.
D - homemade chinese chicken curry

loads of tea & water & one coffee.
1 gin & tonic. Really fancied a glass of wine, but we've got none in.

Some ham, few cubes extra mature cheddar, green and black olives, stick of celery with philadelphia, 2 slices garlic ciabatta. A pear.

One tortilla wrap with steak, pepper and onion fajitas, salsa and tzatziki. Guacamole and some doritos.

4 mugs tea, 1 espresso, 1 glass ginger beer.

tuna jacket potato with salad
bean enchilada, guac, sour cream, salad.
about 4 cups of tea, a toffiffee.
half a bag of mixed nuts, half a bottle of champagne, half a bottle of red wine (we're celebrating)

Black coffee.
Half a packet of four cheese tortellini pastas w/ rocket and peas. (Lunch)
Large Diet Coke. (From McDonalds drive thru)
Cinnamon and raisin bagel w/ vegan butter, blueberries and kiwi. (Snack)
Baked plain basa fish w/ half a microwave sachet of wholegrain rice, ketchup and vegetables.
2 small glasses of Buck's Fizz.
