Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Shredded wheat for breakfast
Pita hummus and cheese for lunch
Egg salad for dinner- was lush- lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, feta, avacado and croutons 😍

B- Coca Cola, half a bounty and a pack of mentos fruit flavour
L- tropical juice, 2 snack size bags of butterkist toffee popcorn
D- halloumi fries and sweet chilli dip, baked potato with beans cheese and salad, a large Pepsi
S- crackers with Boursin and Apple, asparagus and lime juice

I'm pregnant and got HG so just glad I'm eating tbh!

B - protein shake

L - ham and mustard sandwich

D - red Thai chicken curry and cauliflower.

Snacks - some cottage cheese, salted popcorn, Wasabi peas, and a cocktail sausage

Drinks - black coffee, black tea, fizzy water, still water, lager, proessco

B- cereal bar
L- beans, cheese and Pom bears
D- gonna get a takeout pizza to go with my Prosecco.

Might put some pineapple on it for fruit choice 😂

B- Gluten free sandwich thin with fried egg

D- tuna salad which consisted of spinach leaves, diced yellow pepper, diced cucumber, sliced baby tomatoes, tin of tuna (shared with the Cat) and beetroot diced up. No mayo or salad cream or any other dressing

S- Blueberry muffin and 1 Ferrero rocher

T- pork loin/chop/steak not sure what it was!! Cabbage fried in butter, courgette and sprouts (didn't eat the sprouts)

I will need something else later on to take my final tablet with. Possibly a gluten free gingerbread man.

Breakfast> A lovely bowl of Flahavans organic Irish porridge with some added honey,one slice of wholemeal toast with marmalade.

Light lunch> 1 small tin of mackerel fillets in sunflower oil,one banana

Dinner> Home made paella !

See, I’ve got that porridge in the cupboard Arnold but I just CBA doing anything this morning. I’m getting over a filthy cold. I often have it with frozen blueberries, defrosted, and a drizzle of honey.

So, B coffee
Snack, coffee
Lunch- ham, from butchers, egg and chips
Snack- coffee, cake after dentist
D- can of soup, was back to CBA territory.

L - cheese & ham wrap with salt and vinegar crisps
D- homemade curry with rice and naan
2 fredo bars and a cup of tea

Lunch - Granary roll with cold roast pork & applesauce, packet of crisps
Tea - Battered fish, chips, petitpois
Snacks - Figroll, few bits of the pork

B - DH homemade bread toasted with cheese, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
S - finished DC2's apple

L - lentil & bacon soup
S - finished DC2's gingerbread cake and custard

Nothing since as started feeling ill again.

Porridge and blueberries for breakfast shared with my one year old because he wanted mine AND his apparently

2 medium glasses of semi skimmed milk

Thats it, my wisdom tooth is coming through and it’s so painful i’ve been using numbing gel but still cant force myself to eat!

B - forgot to have it
Hot chocolate from a vending machine at the garage whilst my car was being serviced as I suddenly realised I was bleddy starving.
L - lentil lasagne
Mid afternoon- slice of wholemeal bread and cream cheese
D- home made burger (roll, pattie the lot!), salad and coleslaw
Several glasses of squash.

Yesterday was a truly epic day of eating 😊

Breakfast- coffee, cherry pie and custard

Lunch - beef burger with bacon, cheese, fried egg, cheese sauce, onion rings, fries, chili mayo. 2 bottles of lemon and ginger kombucha

Supper - a heap of beef lasagna the size of my head, some flavoured gin liqueur

Weird day today, felt sick on & off.

B - staffordshire oatcake with grated cheese, scrambled egg, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
L - wasn't hungry at lunchtime, grazed on a couple of breadsticks mid afternoon.
D - tuna pesto pasta with all the veg - onion, yellow pepper, peas and sweetcorn

shared a homemade oat biscuit with DC1 (the one that broke when we were putting them onto the cooling rack)
just now had a teeny bit of homemade chocolate chip shortbread and the end of the custard

loads of tea and water.

Full of a horrible cold so sticking to comfort food.. today I’ve had 3x sugary strong teas, cheese on toast and chocolate shortbread biscuit x2.

Porridge made with almond milk, with a chopped up apple.
2 Egg Omlette with a can of tuna and some chopped beetroot (was really lush!)
Greek 0% yoga and strawberries.
Tea will be chicken with peppers, onions and courgettes all roasted in oven .
It's nice food but.....sigh....I'm on my second week of trying to cut sugar from my diet. I want to be the poster up thread who had cherry pie and custard for Bennie!!!!!

S- Tropicana
D- will be bacon and vegetable pasta bake and more juice

T- not sure, probably soup.

S- Fibre 1 lemon drizzle bar and a left over pizza crust from DC

Defiantly not enough water
