I wish I had your appetite OP, I can never forget to eat sadly, I think about food ALL THE TIME. 
That said, I'm now back training again, doing mostly weights with occasional cardio (I do about 10,000 steps a day as well).
My diet today consisted of:
Porridge with water and blueberries. Also a coffee with semi skimmed milk no sugar.
Lunch was 2 spinach and garlic veggie burgers in whole meal baps with a cup of tea semi skimmed milk no sugar.
I also had a protein shake.
And for tea I shall have my home made quorn mince with kale, sweet corn, passata sauce, garlic, peppers, onion and garden peas. High in protein!
Calories have amounted to 1,244 (I still have about 400 more to use) and I have burnt around 1,500 cals today according to my Fitbit, though I'm sure it's not completely accurate.
Back to the gym tomorrow!
