Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Yesterday:
Cup of tea, ginger biscuit, and slice of toast and butter.
Coffee with neighbours, slice of apple and cream sponge, dark chocolate ginger biscuit.
2 Ryvita with hard boiled egg and cheese
Sausage hotpot with baked beans. Glass of red wine.

Today:
Cup of tea and ginger biscuit.
Porridge.
Left over sausage hotpot and peas. Yogurt and frozen raspberries. Cheese biscuit.
Cod fillet, chips and peas. Glass of white wine.

Breakfast: ALDI Greek Yogurt, blueberries and seeds.
Lunch: Homemade veg soup, green salad and hummus., cherry tomatoes and gherkin.
Snack: red apple.
Dinner: Quorn sausages, fried egg and cabbage.
2 satsumas.

Breakfast - baked oats f free yogurt

Lunch. - home made lentil soup bag of lentil curls from Aldi

Snack - 1 mint biscuit

Dinner - stir fry with noodles in hoi sin sauce

4 cups of tea and two coffees

Will have a biscuit with a cup of tea later

Breakfast - coconut yoghurt with chopped peach

Snack - a boiled egg

Lunch - salad with mackerel, spinach, tomatoes, jalapeños, pine nuts, avocado and olive oil dressing

Dinner - stir fried veg (peppers, broccoli, onions, carrots, spinach, peas) with salmon, pine nuts and cashews

Snack - grapes and dark chocolate

One can Diet Coke. Several cups of tea with soy milk. Loads of water

Almost exactly the same as yesterday as I made a few salads and stir fries at once

Awful day...
B - 1 slice whole meal toast with peanut butter and raspberry jam
L - tomato and chorizo soup, slice of Parkin, handful of almonds.
D - chicken chowder

S - banana, ginger cake, cheese and biscuits, handful of crisps, handful of Maltesers, chocolate biscuit bar.
Glass of red wine, decaf coffee, water.

It was book club night, there were snacks on offer and I have no willpower.

1 w/m toast and jam, banana

Cheese and tomato sandwich, small crisps

Spiced butternut squash and lentil homemade soup
Bread & butter, 3 jalapeno bites
crackers and a babybel

So far today is
1 w/m toast and marmite

Large bowl homemade lentil soup
Apple

Probably some fish and veg for tea.

I wish I had your appetite OP, I can never forget to eat sadly, I think about food ALL THE TIME. Grin

That said, I'm now back training again, doing mostly weights with occasional cardio (I do about 10,000 steps a day as well).

My diet today consisted of:

Porridge with water and blueberries. Also a coffee with semi skimmed milk no sugar.

Lunch was 2 spinach and garlic veggie burgers in whole meal baps with a cup of tea semi skimmed milk no sugar.

I also had a protein shake.

And for tea I shall have my home made quorn mince with kale, sweet corn, passata sauce, garlic, peppers, onion and garden peas. High in protein!

Calories have amounted to 1,244 (I still have about 400 more to use) and I have burnt around 1,500 cals today according to my Fitbit, though I'm sure it's not completely accurate.

Back to the gym tomorrow!

Bowl of Muesli with semi-skimmed milk and a cup of tea with milk and sweetener

Squash, 3 pack of wholemeal fruity-nutty type biscuits.

An apple
half a Ritter sport
cup of coffee

Thai chicken curry with rice and peas
bananas and custard

Funny sort of day today as no time for a proper lunch, hence the biccies, choc and apple.
