Got a call from the driver to say she was running late - due to a warehouse error, deliveries would be a minimum of two hours late.
Given the option of still having the delivery or cancelling / rearranging.
So phoned Customer Services to rearrange for the following and they not only waived the delivery charge but gave me a £25 discount. It wasn’t something I asked for and I wasn’t complaining, just phoning to rearrange.
Impressed!
