Paying dad for jobs around house

My dd13 would love a job for some extra money, though obviously not really possible for a 13 year old. We spoke about her doing jobs at home but trying to figure out best way to make it fair.

I’m a single parent of 4 girls (15,13,11 & 4) and I work 11-6.30 3 days a week, youngest at preschool/childminder and the older 3 come home after school, my house gets messy which annoys me as I seem to just do the same things everyday. girls bedroom get messy and they are expected to clean them up, rest of house gets messy through course of the day and every evening we all do a 10 minute tidy just to straighten up, obviously things like bathroom need a clean more than once a week.

Would I be better off basically hiring her as a cleaner one a week to clean, hoover, mop etc or just do a job daily I.e bathroom or hoover downstairs

Have also offered her extra if she wants to learn to iron for me
