I have a day off...

.. a whole day off while my Son is in nursery. My first day to myself in 18 months. I am totally overwhelmed!

What would you do?

Run, swim, maybe a cycle. Coffee.

Christmas shopping ? Lunch with a friend ? Hairdressers ? Back massage ? Nails done ? Enjoy !

Sleep in and have a nice day in the town, coffee, new book or clothes maybe?

Or if you have the money, try and find somewhere to have a massage or your nails done!

Hairdressers, go for coffee & read, nap, sort through clothes or make up (sorting & binning stuff makes me feel happy!). Enjoy your day!!

Potter. Light scented candles, stick on some good tunes, drink tea, idle away time on books and phone. Don’t leave the house or do anything that can be done whilst with him or while leaving him with your partner for a couple of hours. Take your time idly and unapologetically in the rare serenity of your home

Sleep in, go for brunch somewhere, shopping, come home, long bubble bath and maybe a nap!

Getting my hair done would be good, its not been cut since pre baby!

This was me today... settling in at nursery before I'm back at work next week. I painted the fences! Cleaned the oven, hoovered, put washing away etc. I know it's boring but it felt so good just to get stuff done! 

@FabulousTomatoes I don't think serenity and my home have ever been in the same sentance before!

Just wanted to report that I felt properly rested after my first long lay in for months, and my new hair is particually swishy :D
