Chicken use by date

Is today. If I cook it today, how long after that will it remain safe to eat?

Will be feeding children

I’d eat it today only but then I am quite fussy with things like this, especially chicken which can cause horrendous food poisoning. Not worth the risk IMO

I would still eat it up to about Thurs evening personally, as long as it had been kept in the fridge.

I'd still happily eat the leftovers tomorrow and Thursday.
