One wall or all the walls?

Would the bedroom look like the interior of a shed if I papered all the walls with this plank design?

Thick lining paper is your friend. I might try a different pattern on that paper though.

I would use lining paper or a glassfibre paper and then paint.

Definitely use lining paper... our decorator used some weird but good stuff on the parts of our wall with dodgy plaster. Then paint!
